Organisation
Trinity
Pre-school is a registered charity. It is managed by an elected
Committee of volunteers, generally made up by parents of children at
the Pre-school.
Pre-school staff are employed by the Committee. Supervisor Anita
Gonzalez is in charge of the day-to-day running of the Pre-school.
The
Committee reviews and updates policies adopted by the Pre-school,
copies of which are available on the noticeboard.
Another
important role of the Committee is fund-raising. Various events are
held throughout the year to raise money for books, toys and
equipment.
OFSTED & PLA
Trinity
Pre-school is OFSTED inspected. We are also a member of the
Pre-school Learning Alliance.
Clothing
Pre-school is fun but it can be messy! We do provide aprons and most
of the materials the children use at Pre-school will wash out, but
to avoid any tears we recommend that children wear appropriate
clothing.
If your
child is being potty-trained please provide some spare
nappies, clothes and shoes
in a named
bag.
Please
ensure that all clothes and coats are labelled.
Settling in
Sometimes
it takes a while for a child to settle, this may take several sessions so please don't worry.
If a child is very distressed or upset we will contact you.
From experience we know that children will settle
within one or two weeks.
Snacks
At snack
time we promote healthy eating and children are provided with a
choice of water or milk, fruit and a selection of healthy snacks.
Please advise the Pre-school
if your child has any food allergies or special requirements.
Packed Lunch
Please do not
include biscuits, sweets, crisps or any food which contains
nuts in your child's packed lunch.
Donations
Our funds
are limited so we welcome donations of breadsticks, ricecakes,
fruit, vegetables and tissues.
Opening Hours & holidays
We are open from
9 am to 3pm during term time. We now take all holidays and
inset days at the same time as Trinity School
Security

Out of
courtesy we would appreciate it if you could inform us of any
